Educational Sessions

Staff from the Office of Institutional Diversity will work with your department/unit to create a 1-2 hour session addressing specific needs of your team. This provides an opportunity to introduce faculty/staff to foundations of diversity and inclusion, similar to those discussed in our Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) program. This program is best for departments/units who want to assist faculty/staff realize specific professional development goals and those who are unable to commit to the Pathways Program.

Educational Session participants do not earn credit toward the Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion as sessions are not meant to provide comprehensive, diversity training.
